1. 本サービス
本規約はMizoiが提供する「バッジクレーン / Badge Crane」に適用されます。本アプリはデジタルバッジを集めるゲームです。バッジやプレイ回数に換金性はなく、現物景品の発送、他者への売買・譲渡はできません。法令上必要な場合、未成年の方は保護者の同意を得て利用・購入してください。
2. プレイと購入
対応iOS版では、端末に保存された確認済みプレイ回数・買い切り権利の範囲で、通常プレイをオフラインでも利用できます。初回準備、購入、復元、同期、当たり付き無料や動画広告には通信が必要です。Androidを含む機能の対応範囲は配布版によって異なります。未送信の結果は再接続後に確認します。TestFlightのテスト購入・プレイ権は本番へ引き継がれません。
当たり付き無料が有効な対応版では、1アプリ内アカウントにつき1日3回まで利用できます。サーバーの日本時間0時を区切りとし、開始が確定した時点で1回消費します。獲得バッジ1枚ごとに当選確率1/2で通常プレイ1回を追加します。途中終了しても消費した無料枠は戻りません。任意のリワード動画は別枠で1日3回まで、視聴完了をサーバーが確認した場合に1回を追加します。配信・通信状況によって広告が利用できない場合があります。
購入可能な商品、価格、利用条件は購入画面で確認してください。現行商品は10回プレイ追加と通常台の無制限プレイ買い切りで、自動更新サブスクリプションではありません。無制限利用権は通常台のプレイ回数消費をなくすもので、無料台の利用上限は変わらず、バッジの獲得を保証するものではありません。
検証済みの商品購入が一度でもあるアプリ内アカウントでは、ゲーム画面のバナー広告を以後非表示にします。任意のリワード動画は対象外です。特典は同一アプリ内アカウントに保存され、消費型商品のストア復元だけでは別アカウントへ移せません。
購入は各ストアの規約に従い、返金の申請方法は各ストアの案内に従います。適用法令上の権利は制限しません。利用済みのプレイ回数を購入復元で再付与することはありません。異なるストア間の利用権移行を保証しません。復元や残高に問題がある場合は、取引情報とともにサポートへご連絡ください。カード番号やパスワードは送らないでください。
3. アカウントと禁止行為
匿名アカウントのデータは、端末の紛失・初期化等でアクセスできなくなる場合があります。アカウント削除はアンインストールとは異なり、ゲームデータが削除されます。アカウント削除自体は購入の返金申請ではありません。
不正な獲得結果の送信、残高・購入・復元処理の改ざん、サーバーへの過剰な負荷、他者のアカウントへの不正アクセス、権利侵害、迷惑行為は禁止します。法令上認められる行為を妨げるものではありません。違反やセキュリティ上の必要がある場合、相当な範囲で利用を制限することがあります。
4. 権利・変更・責任
本アプリのプログラムや画像等の権利は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。保守・障害等による中断があり得ます。重要なサービス変更・終了は合理的な方法で事前にお知らせします。ただし緊急時は事後となる場合があります。有償の権利への対応は適用法令とストアの規則に従います。運営者の責任を一律に免除するものではなく、消費者に適用される強行法規上の権利を制限しません。

1. Service
These terms apply to Badge Crane, operated by Mizoi. It is a game for collecting digital badges, not a physical-prize or cash-redemption service. Badges and plays cannot be sold or transferred to others. Minors must obtain guardian consent where required by law.
2. Gameplay and purchases
Supported iOS versions allow offline normal play within verified play rights saved to your device. Initial setup, purchases, restoration, synchronization, free bonus play and videos require internet access. Android and other versions may differ. Pending results are checked after reconnection. TestFlight purchases and play rights do not carry over to production.
Where enabled, free bonus play allows three starts per in-app account per day, resetting at midnight Japan time according to the server. Each collected badge has a one-in-two chance of one normal bonus play. A confirmed start consumes the daily slot even if interrupted. Optional rewarded videos have a separate three-per-day cap and grant one play after server verification. Ad availability depends on network and delivery conditions.
Check the purchase screen for available products, prices and conditions. Current products provide ten additional plays or one-time unlimited normal-stage play, not auto-renewing subscriptions. Unlimited access does not guarantee badges or remove free-mode limits. Any verified product purchase permanently removes game-screen banners for that in-app account; optional videos remain available. Restoring a consumable alone does not transfer this benefit to another account.
Purchases and refund requests follow the relevant store rules without limiting statutory rights. Restoring purchases does not re-grant consumed plays. Cross-store entitlement transfers are not guaranteed. Contact support with transaction information for restoration or balance problems; never send card numbers or passwords.
3. Accounts and prohibited conduct
Anonymous account access may be lost after device loss or reset. Account deletion removes game data and is different from uninstalling the app; it is not a refund request. Forged game results, purchase or balance manipulation, excessive server load, unauthorized access, infringement and harassment are prohibited. This does not prohibit activities protected by law. We may proportionately restrict access for violations or security needs.
4. Rights, changes and liability
App code and artwork belong to their respective rights holders. Maintenance and outages may interrupt service. We will give reasonable advance notice of significant changes or closure where possible; emergencies may require later notice. Paid rights will be handled under applicable law and store rules. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protections or impose a blanket exclusion of our liability.
5. Other provisions
